1. Resin synthesis equipment

     Main equipment: reaction still + Storage tank
     Main Raw material: Phenol + Para-formaldehyde
     Related material: Formic acid, sodium hydroxide, urea.

2. Foaming system

     Main equipment: foaming machine + foaming mould
     Main Raw material: silicone oil + JFC-M + Methyl green + others

Foaming machine

     1) Foaming machine contains A Tank and B Tank.
    2) A Tank is made by 304 stainless steel and carbon steel, the volume is 800L.
         B Tank is made by PP and carbon steel, the volume is 400L.
   3) Controlled by micro-computer PLC, TIAN electric components exclusively imported to achieve the goal for automatic,    accurate and reliable control.
   4) Energy saving, high efficiency, environmental protection equipment, PLC control

Foaming Mould
